It has been ages since I posted something but I have been extremely busy. My weight has been up and down as usual, but I lost about 3kg since July 15th. I was doing quite well but today was my first working day since the end of July and surprise, I had a binge again. So typical that I start binging when my weight was finally good. Survived several parties without cheating so of course it had to happen. Unlike last time I’d cheated, I enjoyed it this time. It all tasted great! The downside of my binges is that I have to eat until I am sick and close to vomiting. I had worked 9h today, which is 9h of standing so my legs were too tired to work out, which made me feel even more guilty. Though, instead of trying to throw up, I decided to brush my teeth and try to get over it. I know the next couple of days I’ll have to work hard to get back to a stable weight, but I do not have a choice. I am going to try not to weigh myself until Sunday, so wish me luck!

My new favourite breakfast. Look forward to experimenting with oatmeal when I have more time! This one’s with just a small bit of dark chocolate.
